Q. How do I cancel my order?
- You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by Contact Customer Support:- +919355383838.
- After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we'll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
- If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.
- If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your account once the product is picked.
- For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be added to your account 3-4 days.

Q. Are There any cash collection charges?
For COD orders, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.25 per product. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.75.
Q. Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking? Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
Q. Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment pages?
It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octopi or sales tax is actually borne by kssshop.com. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
Q. What’s should I do if my payment fails?
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days For any further clarification, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping & Tracking
Q. What is the delivery time period?
Delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery Pincode. To check the expected delivery date for a product, please enter your Pin code in the box named 'Check delivery details' on the Product Page. Please note, actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
Q. Do you apply any shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy an Rs. 25 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.75.
- In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products. We do not accept return requests for the pack of Boxers.
- All products purchased from kssshop.com, except Mobile Cover, Earphone, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 3 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The refund amount will be credited back 24 hours after your product is picked as per the refund option selected by you during the Returns process.
- To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the 'My Orders' section of your KSS Shop Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
- If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
- The amount credited on return will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered. This is applicable to all offers and promotions, including Design of the Day.
Q. What are term and condition for the refund?
- You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 3 days of its date of delivery.
- If you have pre-paid online then the refund procedure will begin soon and we will refund you the amount through a payment gateway to your bank account/wallet from where you have done the payment.
- If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access the wallet

Q. What is the rule of courier charges refund
1. The Shipping Charges for Prepaid Orders are free while the Cash on Delivery charges for orders below Rs.1000 is Rs.50 and above Rs. 3000 are Rs.100. The cash on delivery charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at KSSShop.com.
2. In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.
3. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Q. How the long refund procedure takes?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product.
Q. I haven’t received my refund yet? What should I do?
- We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

In kss shop, you have to contact us directly to claim warranty. You need to have your invoice which will serve as the proof of purchase from the kssshop store and then you can claim warranty from us. In case you misplaced your invoice but have purchased any product from us, you may get in touch with us and inform us your order number, and we will generate you a duplicate invoice. The warranty period starts from the day of purchase and therefore possessing the invoice is mandatory for claiming your warranty.
3 months Full Warranty- In this period you can replace your product without paying anything extra.
After 3 Month you need to pay 25% following which your product will be replaced.
After 6 years you need to pay 40% following which your product will be replaced.
After 1 years you need to pay 60% following which your product will be replaced
